Returns

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.

How to return

1. Email us at studio@upshotdesign.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm the return address.
3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged.
4. Once we receive the book and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged or faulty items

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Digital downloads or eBooks once they have been accessed or downloaded.
