September – in a nutshell
30th September 2021
Well we have been striking poses for our team photo shoot, getting busy with lots of new projects and preparing ourselves for the onset of winter (heated blankets at the ready!). Welcome to our September issue of news about what we have been up to and inspired by.
1. Team photoshoot
Long awaited and much needed, we recently commissioned portraits and studio photographs to showcase our new-look team and workspace for marketing materials. Amber from Liberty Pearl worked wonders and really captured our personalities and we couldn’t be happier.
2. Pete Clayton Illustration
There’s a fantastic pool of creative talent around Plymouth and one of our good friends Pete has recently taken the step of going full-time freelance. His illustration work is fab – bursting with ideas and energy. Hit him up!
3. Diabetes UK
Exercise and physical activity are great for people living with Diabetes. We’ve been working with their internal team to develop sets of illustrations to show simple exercises they can practice to help introduce more movement into their lifestyles.
4. Podcast
We’ve been playing with an idea! With so many friends and clients in the charity sector we figured it’d be good to get ourselves on camera and chat with them about how charities approach branding and design and what challenges they face. Keep an eye out for videos and podcasts coming soon.
5. Theatre Bristol by Fiasco
It’s great to shout about work by other agencies that we love, and when this project popped up on our social feeds recently both Calum and Owen both knew we needed to share it. Typical creative quality from one of Bristol’s finest, and with a colour palette to die for.
6. Soul Millionaire workbooks
Dare to soar! That’s the challenge posed by David Scarlett’s bold consultancy company working with financial industry leaders. With complex information distilled into eight steps, each with their own video guide, milestone map and workbook, our work helps their online programme rise above the competition.
